Depending on our current workload and the size of your project, it may take anywhere from a week to a few months. You will be given an accurate estimate of completion time when your project is quoted.
We require 50% of the quoted price to begin your project. Before we begin work a preview will be sent for your approval. Once final payment is made your high quality output files will be delivered in your desired format(s). Acceptable methods of payment include Check, Money Order, Wire transfer, Visa and Mastercard.
For your video, we request that you provide us with the best quality source files you have access to. Mini DV tape, HDV tape or DVD Video is our preferred method of delivery. Our finished product is only as good as the content we are provided.
Yes, we use a Sony HDV VTR for video capture. We can handle 720p and 1080i in both NTSC or PAL formats and output using HD compression codec’s like Windows Media and Quicktime.
